Founded in 2015 by Giorgos and Makis Papantoniou alongside Lisa Zancanella, Foyer is one of the most pedigreed espresso bars in Athens. Giorgos Papantoniou won the 2025 Hellenic Brewers Cup Championship. Co-owner Lisa Zancanella also co-runs SO Coffee Roasters in Porto. A serious neighbourhood bar in the residential Pangrati district.
