Crumb & Crema ("we") runs the directory at crumbandcrema.co.uk. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why. Last updated June 2026.

What we collect

• Enquiries and claims. When you claim a listing or contact us, we store the name, email and message you send, so we can reply and verify ownership.
• Saved crawls. A crawl you save is stored against an anonymous key until you create an account.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data to see which pages help people. No selling of personal data, ever.

Cafe data

Cafe details come from the Google Places API, OpenStreetMap, cafe owners and public sources. We do not store Google review text or Google photos. If you run a cafe and want a detail changed or removed, tell us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected].

Third parties

We use Stripe for any payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each handles data under its own terms.
