Founded in 2019 by Panos Xilas, Anana operates its own roastery in Cholargos and serves entirely vegan and vegetarian food alongside its coffee. The cafe is known for its raw cakes and plant-based pastries, making it one of the few specialty coffee spots in central Athens with a fully vegan food offer.
