The flagship coffee bar of Blue Butterfly Coffee Company, a Waterford specialty roaster that roasts its own beans on a Giesen roaster at its nearby headquarters. The cafe serves espresso drinks alongside a small selection of food such as toasties, croissants and flapjacks.
