The cup

A roastery, bakery and cafe founded on the Canal Saint-Martin in 2012 by Alice Quillet, Anselme Blayney and Anna Trattles, with a daily bake running to puff pastry apple tarts, lemon and plum tarts, scones, financiers, feta-Comté swirls and glazed gâteau citron. The company began roasting its own coffee on a Loring Falcon in the 20th arrondissement in 2019. Roasts its own coffee. Bakes on site.
