A specialty coffee bar opened in 2012 by Nicolas Clerc in a quiet pedestrian street near the Palais Royal, rotating roasters from across Europe including Koppi, Colonna and Man vs Machine. With just a few seats and no wi-fi, Clerc also bakes Kouign-amann and bread in-house. Bakes on site.
