The cup
A specialty coffee bar on Krupnicza 7 in the Old Town with an eco-industrial interior of exposed brick and warm wood, stocking up to 15 single-origin bean varieties at any one time and serving them on a Kalita Wave alongside Aeropress and Chemex. Beans come from Coffee Lab in Warsaw and other named roasters; the bar is particularly well regarded for its filter and Aeropress work.
