The cup
An artisan coffee roastery and bar on Via degli Orfani, a narrow street north of the Pantheon, roasting its own blends at this address since 1944. The shop is one of the last independent torrefazioni in the historic centre; the granita di caffè con panna, a frozen coffee slushy layered with whipped cream served at the stand-up bar, is its most celebrated order. Roasts its own coffee.
