Independent specialty cafe opened in August 2026 in the Oakhurst House building on Ashbourne Road, about a mile south-west of Derby city centre. The concept references Derby's 18th-century role as a hub of coffee and sugar trading on Iron Gate, with specialty coffee from independent Derbyshire and Midlands roasters, artisan bakes and seasonal dishes.
