A specialty roaster operating from Gollierstraße 30 in the Westend, with a dedicated roastery opened at Senftelstraße 9 in March 2026. Stray works with a light-roast approach and direct trade relationships, supplying beans to several of Munich's other independent cafes including Café Faber. Roasts its own coffee.
