The cup

A specialty coffee counter in a timber market cabin at the Elisabethmarkt in Schwabing-West, founded in May 2015 by Toni Lohde and Johannes Bayer. The bar pulls espresso on a Kees van der Westen Mirage with JB Kaffee blends and rotating single-origin guests, and offers V60, Aeropress and cold brew depending on the season. One of the most distinctive cafe settings in Munich: a serious espresso bar embedded in a neighbourhood food market.
