The cup
Specialty cafe in the Nişantaşı fashion district, owned by Cumhur Kılıç. The name is Italian for 'sword', a pun on the owner's Turkish surname. La Marzocco Strada EP on bar; rotating guest roasters include The Barn (Berlin) and Probador Colectiva. Kılıç recently began roasting in-house alongside the guest programme.
