The cup

Founded by Ricardo Patrocinio, who won the Portuguese Barista Championship, SO Coffee Roasters operates from Cedofeita in northwest Porto, roasting its own beans and serving them across espresso and filter bars. Considered one of the finest specialty coffee roasters in Portugal, with a champion barista behind the counter and a programme that spans origin visits and direct trade.
