The cup

A roastery and cafe in Gràcia founded in 2015 by François Justet and Carmen Callizo; the Giesen drum roaster sits visible from the shop floor and the bar pulls espresso on a La Marzocco. The filter menu and a notably good decaf espresso are among the reasons SlowMov is regarded as one of the city's leading independent roasters, supplying beans to several Gràcia neighbours. Roasts its own coffee.
