The cup

A specialty coffee roaster and cafe in Amsterdam's Negen Straatjes district that roasts 100 per cent organic beans, sourcing directly from farmers in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Brazil. Barista and latte-art workshops run regularly from the Runstraat flagship. Roasts its own coffee.
