The cup

An independent wood-fired coffee roastery and espresso bar on the square a few steps from the Pantheon, roasting on the premises since 1938 and owned by the Ricci brothers since 1999. The house speciality is the Gran Caffè, served pre-sweetened by a method the bar keeps to itself; the granita di caffè, a dense frozen coffee topped with fresh whipped cream, is the summer signature. Roasts its own coffee.
