The cup
Founded in 2019 by Simona and Ionut Croitoru, Saint Roastery is an independent owner-operated roastery-cafe with the roasting drum visible through large windows at the heart of the shop. The bar offers espresso, filter and cold brew. A rare example of a craft roastery scaled thoughtfully, with the founding couple remaining hands-on across all three locations. Roasts its own coffee.
