The cup
An artisan bakery and specialty cafe in Gràcia opened by François Halleux, who left a career at Google after being inspired by a period living near Tartine in San Francisco. Origo sources ancient slow-grown grains cultivated without pesticides, mills them traditionally and bakes a daily run of sourdough loaves and handmade pastries; queues form along the pavement on weekend mornings. SlowMov coffee is served alongside the fresh bake. Bakes on site.
