A minimal standing bar in a hidden alley near El Born, Nomad Coffee's original Lab and Shop where founder Jordi Mestre's team experiments with preparation methods. The counter has only a few wall seats and is open Monday to Friday; espresso and filter are roasted in-house by Nomad and extracted on a La Marzocco Linea, with no noise or distraction beyond the coffee itself. Roasts its own coffee.
