A specialty espresso bar and kitchen at Calle de los Reyes 5 in Conde Duque, run by the team behind Hola Coffee Roasters and said to be the first cafe in Spain to install an under-counter Modbar espresso system. The Modbar keeps the barista and counter visible throughout the whole extraction; coffee is from Hola Coffee's own roastery and the food menu, running to croissants, toasts and morning pastries, is a strength of the house.
