The cup
A micro-roastery and café that opened in 2022 on Rue Pastorelli, roasting single-origin beans from Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Colombia in-house and rotating the selection regularly. Madeleines and financiers are baked on the premises each day, and the compact room has a calm, characteristically French interior. Roasts its own coffee. Bakes on site.
