The cup

A specialty roastery and cafe on Kinkerstraat in Oud West that hand-roasts seasonal single origins on a Probat; the bar pulls espresso on a Kees van der Westen Spirit. Founded in 2013 by Australian coffee professionals, it supplies beans to cafes across Amsterdam and beyond. Roasts its own coffee.
