Opened in 2018 on Rue de l'Hôtel des Postes, Le Country Store is credited as the first specialty coffee café in Nice, founded by an owner who brought a Californian approach to eco-conscious sourcing after living in the US. The original location is small and intimate with freshly baked scones; a second branch in the Carré d'Or offers a fuller light-lunch menu.
