The cup

A deliberate, pared-back filter bar in Graça opened by Marcus Anjos, who brings a former wine-bar sensibility to a tight brew menu centred on light-roasted coffees from Prolog Coffee in Copenhagen. Brew methods include Hario V60, NextLevel Pulsar, batch brew and Toddy cold brew; on Thursday evenings from 17:30 the bar pivots to a natural wine list. Understated signage and a narrow room keep the focus squarely on what is in the cup.
