A multi-roaster specialty café opened in 2023 in Vieux-Nice by Emmanuel Buschiazzo, who trained at La Caféothèque in Paris and spent years running a nomadic coffee concept before opening a permanent site. The bean selection rotates approximately every two weeks across around five French roasters including Sumo Coffee Roasters, and the adjacent coffee school offers SCA-certified courses.
