An independent specialty coffee roastery and bar at Sázavská 32 in Vinohrady, established in 2014, with a second address inside the Vinohradský Pavilon market hall. La Bohème sources green beans directly from producers and roasts to order, with the double-height Sázavská room and spiral staircase making it one of the more visually striking cafe interiors in the city. Roasts its own coffee.
