A specialty coffee and cycling workspace at Plaza de San Ildefonso 9 in Malasaña, open since 2012, roasting its own beans under the Trece Coffee brand. The ground-floor space includes a bike-repair workbench with tools and a pump, specialist cycling publications on the shelves, and a full espresso and V60 filter programme through the day. The bar moves into natural wines and cocktails in the evenings. Roasts its own coffee.
