The cup
Independent micro-roastery installed in the engine house of the old pumping station at the Cambridge Museum of Technology on Riverside, roasting seasonal single origins in small batches. The cafe serves espresso and filter coffees alongside freshly baked goods, and a second retail site operates at Ditton Walk. Roasts its own coffee.
