Opened in May 2024 by UK Latte Art Champion Dhan Tamang, whose name means wise poet in Nepalese; pours Skylark Coffee, the Brighton-based non-profit specialty roaster, alongside food from Michelin-trained chef Gary. Hosts latte art and home barista courses on the first floor.
