The cup
An independent specialty coffee roastery and bar in the heart of Kazimierz, roasting its own beans in-house and pulling espresso on a Synesso machine from Seattle alongside Chemex and Aeropress. The bar serves house-made kombucha, natural wines and a daily run of vegan and gluten-free cakes and tarts. A second cafe with a wider kitchen menu operates on Krupnicza Street closer to the Old Town. Roasts its own coffee.
