The cup

Founded in 2011 by Tobias Radinger on Favoritenstrasse in the 4th district, Kaffeefabrik is one of Vienna's earliest third-wave roasteries, built around organic certification and direct-trade sourcing. Radinger roasts on site and sells retail bags alongside the bar. A formative address in the city's specialty coffee history.
