The cup
An independent roastery and cafe founded in 2016 by Pablo Caballero, the 2016 Spanish Barista Champion, and Nolo Botana at Calle del Doctor Fourquet 33 in Lavapiés. Hola Coffee roasts at its own facility at Calle de la Sepúlveda 109 and pulls espresso on a La Marzocco Strada at the Lavapiés bar; a second cafe at Calle Lagasca 42 serves the same beans. The original is also a barista training space and the home of a coffee podcast. Roasts its own coffee.
