The El Born cafe of Hidden Coffee Roasters, an independent specialty roastery founded by Carlos Moral with a production roastery in Poblenou and neighbourhood cafes across Barcelona. The Canvis Vells room serves Hidden's own seasonal single-origin espresso and filter in a relaxed space that draws locals and visitors alike. The company also runs social tours of the city guided by people with lived experience of homelessness. Roasts its own coffee.
