The cup
An independent specialty roastery and cafe on Rua de São Bento with a wide glass front that opens onto the street. Hello Kristof now roasts its own beans under the Hello Kristof Roasters label, sourcing specialty-grade lots from Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica; the São Bento room is the newest and largest of the three Lisbon addresses and the one where the in-house roastery is visible. The bar runs espresso alongside V60, Chemex and Aeropress. Roasts its own coffee.
