Guido Coffee
The cup
Founded by Adrian Simion, Guido Coffee combines a specialty espresso bar, an in-house roastery and a coffee school on a single Dorobanti site. The bar runs a La Marzocco Strada EP and the menu extends to curated pastries and light bites. The school makes it one of the few destinations in Bucharest where visitors can both drink well and learn the craft. Roasts its own coffee.
