The cup

An independent specialty espresso bar at Na Florenci 3 in Nové Město, open since 2013 and run by Kamil Skrbek alongside the Alf&Bet roastery team. The machine is a three-group La Marzocco Strada with a Mahlkönig K30 espresso grinder, serving Alf&Bet house beans alongside a rotating guest programme of roasters including Gardelli and SlowMov; pastries are supplied by the Alf&Bet bakery workshop in Prague's Libeň district.
