Barista Yuichiro Sugiyama and pastry chef Yui Matsuzaki opened this minimal espresso bar at 140 rue Amelot in the 11th arrondissement in 2019, serving espresso on a La Marzocco machine alongside Yui's Japanese-influenced pastries baked on site. The company has since expanded into a separate roastery at 31 rue Coquillière in the 1st arrondissement. Roasts its own coffee. Bakes on site.
