The cup
An independent specialty roastery and cafe on Sázavská 24 in Vinohrady, founded in 2014 by Lukáš and Adéla Zugarovi, who roast on a 6 kg Giesen drum roaster at the premises on Mondays and Thursdays. The company moved to the current Sázavská address in August 2025 and now serves specialty coffee alongside brunch dishes and natural wines from small producers, with bags of fresh-roasted beans available at the counter. Roasts its own coffee.
