An independent food, coffee and matcha bar on Rua de São Paulo near Cais do Sodré, serving exclusively fairtrade, organic and small-batch roasted coffee on a La Marzocco machine alongside artisanal matcha sourced directly from Japanese farmers. The kitchen produces a rotating farm-to-table weekly menu with homemade almond, coconut and rice milks made in-house; the multicultural team gives the bar a noticeably different energy to most Lisbon specialty spots.
