Co-owned by Shem Leupin, the 2013 Swiss Barista Champion and head roaster at Stoll Kaffee, and chef Thomas Leuenberger. The bar pours Stoll Kaffee beans for espresso and filter in a compact Wiedikon space, carrying the precision of Leupin's competition background into daily service. One of the most quietly serious cafes in Zurich's fourth district.
