A specialty coffee roastery, cafe and barista training centre at aleja 29 Listopada 155A in Pradnik Czerwony, north of the city, roasting its own single-origin lots and supplying beans to several of Krakow's best independent bars including Wesola Cafe. The compact roastery-cafe operates with an exacting, technical approach to extraction and functions as much as a professional training space as a public coffee bar. Roasts its own coffee.
