The cup

Chronic in the Grottes quarter was founded by Sébastien and Aurélien and roasts on a Loring S15 Falcon, one of the cleanest-burning drum roasters available. The bar uses only organic and Fairtrade certified coffees and doubles as an official La Marzocco retailer, giving it a machine room alongside the café floor. A roastery-bar hybrid for those who want to see the equipment as well as drink the coffee.
