An independent specialty roastery and cafe at Calle del Acuerdo 31 in Malasaña, roasting its own coffees sourced from origins worldwide and selected by a master roaster certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe. The Acuerdo bar serves the full roastery range as espresso and filter alongside a second cafe at Velilla de San Antonio. Roasts its own coffee.
