A multi-roaster specialty cafe on Zeppelinstraße in the Au district, run by Hannah and Leon. Café Faber rotates a weekly featured coffee through the bar, drawing from a roster that includes DAK Coffee Roasters, Doubleshot, Friedhats and Nomad. The approach is curatorial: every week there is something different in the hopper and a considered reason for it being there.
