The cup
Opened in March 2019 by Olga and Ana, Buna was one of the first specialty coffee bars in the Santos neighbourhood and built its programme around Nomad Coffee from Barcelona, one of the most respected specialty roasters in southern Europe. The original address on Rua do Poço dos Negros has since expanded to three Lisbon locations; all maintain the same unfussy approach, with espresso and milk drinks prepared with care.
