Founded in 2001 by Menno Simons, Bocca is the oldest specialty coffee roaster in the Netherlands; the Kerkstraat flagship pulls espresso on a custom four-group La Marzocco Strada with a see-through rear panel revealing the copper pipework. Sourcing runs through the sister green-bean trading company Trabocca, ensuring direct farm relationships across Latin America and Africa. Roasts its own coffee.
