Founded in November 2014 by Bastien and Florent, two French expats who brought a Parisian specialty sensibility to Geneva, Birdie on Rue des Bains pulls Lomi Paris beans alongside rotating single-origins from other European micro-roasters. Espresso, chemex and aeropress available at the bar; a convivial independent with a loyal neighbourhood following.
