The cup

A specialty roastery founded in 2013 by David Flynn, Thomas Lehoux and Anselme Blayney in the 19th arrondissement, across from Parc des Buttes Chaumont, supplying direct-trade seasonal lots to many of Paris's leading independent cafes. The roastery shop at 14 bis rue Lally-Tollendal is open to the public for bean purchases and tasting, and one of the company's blends won first place at Roast Masters Milan. Roasts its own coffee.
