The cup
A specialty coffee bar serving beans grown on the Baobá farm in São Sebastião da Grama in the Brazilian state of São Paulo, cultivated in volcanic soil and roasted in Lisbon. Head barista and roaster Carina Esteves oversees the whole process from farm to cup; the beans score above 80 on the Specialty Coffee Association scale and carry notes of molasses from the growing conditions. Bags of house-roasted coffee are available to take home. Roasts its own coffee.
