Set inside Impact Hub Zürich's restored riverside brick building on the Sihlquai, Auer & Co. pours beans from miró and Coffee Architects (Dario Stoop's microroastery) through a Marco SP9 and Kalita Wave filter bar. The terrace on the Sihl is among the finest outdoor coffee spots in the city. A naturally relaxed stop combining quality coffee with one of Zurich's best riverside settings.
